Impressions: Le Calme

Stiche

Prelude to a Choice for Strings

Stiche

Deep regret, suffering, mourning. Rain. Pain. Sorrow. In the style of JS Bach with a romantic twist.

Prelude to a Tear

Stiche

Deeply emotional. Good for funerals, sad speeches, flashbacks.

ALL I CANNOT SAY

This music would be perfect for a romantic drama, a heartfelt love story, or a touching romantic movie scene. It would fit beautifully during a couple’s first meeting, a tender moment between two lovers, a long-distance relationship, a bittersweet goodbye, or a reunion after many years apart. It would also work wonderfully in a movie about lost love, memories, sacrifice, or a love that remains strong despite life’s challenges.

WINTER ELEGY

“Winter Elegy” would be particularly suitable for a poetic nature documentary, a historical documentary, or a contemplative film exploring loneliness, loss, environmental change, and the passage of time. For a nature documentary, the music could accompany images of snow-covered forests, frozen lakes, bare trees disappearing into the mist, and lonely landscapes beneath a gray winter sky. It would be especially moving in scenes showing wildlife struggling to survive harsh winter conditions or the quiet transformation of nature during the coldest months of the year.

SWEET DREAMS

The best choice would be a colorful animated children's movie about magical dreams and little characters discovering a happy world together. The music should leave the audience smiling and remind them of the wonderful, carefree feeling of being a child.

Insight

Perfect for a dramatic scene where something is slowly appearing or becoming apparent, hence the title “insight”. Solo piano. Picture by Joshua Sortino on Unsplash

BELATED LOVE

The melody could accompany a scene where two people look into each other’s eyes and understand everything without saying a single word. It would also be ideal for a cinematic montage of shared memories, a wedding scene, or the emotional ending of a romantic film.

The Crystal Way

A moody and calm piece of music, with guitar, woodwinds, cello and atmospheric sounds. It's lioke if you were walking in a strange and dark forest, yet beautiful and magical at the same time.
